We consider it an essential prerequisite for the optimum development of the company that a constructive, efficient, challenging and forward looking cooperation between board and management is established and maintained. Each year in April, an evaluation of performance in relation to the above cooperation is made to obtain the best possible basis for developing said cooperation.
