Sponsor items
Novozymes sponsors activities supporting the concept behind Novozymes, both with emphasis on The Novozymes Touch and on our business.
The main rule is that Novozymes only sponsors where we are the main sponsor, co-main sponsor or acquire a prominent role among the sponsors, e.g. by opening or having the chairmanship of a conference (with the accompanying visibility guaranteed).
Further we may choose to invent a sponsor project ourselves from time to time time - also in line with The Novozymes Touch and/or our business.
We do not sponsor activities in which other participating parties have a value set which - to the best of our knowledge - is contrary to ours. Sponsorships are further not made to party political or religious activities or causes. Sponsorships are also not granted to our customers, suppliers, agents and the like.
To sponsor applicants
Sponsorships are either granted as corporate sponsorships or local sponsorships. Corporate sponsorships have the interest of the entire Novozymes Group, and local sponsorships are site or area/function relevant.

Prerequisites
To grant a sponsorship Novozymes must always ensure an outcome in line with the purpose of sponsoring. Large sponsorships should therefore preferably be backed by a written or oral agreement with the sponsored item/party on the outcome of such sponsorship for Novozymes. The outcome does not necessarily have to be tangible; it could also be visibility (in the right places and/or to boost knowledge of the company).

These guidelines apply to the entire Novozymes Group. Deviations may occur for cultural reasons, however, we never sponsor activities in which other participating parties have a value set which - to the best of our knowledge - is contrary to ours, and we never grant sponsorships to party political or religious activities or causes or sponsorships to our customers, suppliers, agents and the like, cf. above.
