Exit at Wangan Chiba Interchange. (5 minutes from the interchange.)
From Central Tokyo by car
Approximately 40 minutes from both downtown Tokyo and Tokyo International Airport (Haneda).
Take Higashi Kanto Expressway and exit at Wangan Narashino Interchange or take the Keiyo Toll Road to the Makuhari Interchange. (5 minutes from all above interchanges.)
From Central Tokyo by JR train
Approximately 30 minutes by JR rapid train from Tokyo Station to Kaihinmakuhari Station via JR Keiyo Line, then walk about 5 minutes to NZJP.
