As well as production facilities, the Araucária unit encompasses sales and marketing sectors, where more than 160 people are employed with diverse experience, such as semi-specialized technicians, scientists and administrative personnel.
Facilities comply with Brazilian laws and norms regarding environmental and bio-safety protection measures.
The plant is surrounded by its own miniature "rainforest" reserve with exuberant local plant and animal species. Every tree has been numbered and catalogued. Employees and visitors have access to the sanctuary that is called the "Garden of Inspiration", where they enjoy relaxing and contemplative moments.
