Whale sent for cleaning
On January 27 a pilot whale was found dead on a beach near Esbjerg. Its flesh and fat are being removed at the Zoological Museum with the aid of enzymes that have previously been used, among other things, for detergents and contact lens cleaning.
Novozymes is entering a partnership with the Technical University of Denmark
