Psychometric testing at Novozymes



These guidelines are meant as information to you as an applicant, and they describe how we use psychometric testing at Novozymes.

At Novozymes, a psychometric test is used when recruiting for academic and managerial positions.
 
We use the test as a supplement to the existing information about the applicant (CV, application and interview(s)), which as a whole ensures a better basis for the selection of the right candidate.

Only candidates having gone through the first interview and who are considered top candidates will be tested.

As an applicant you are entitled:

  • to know the purpose of the test

  • to know how long we keep the test results

  • to receive personal and thorough feedback on the test results in a dialogue with the HR consultant

  • to know that the consultant is qualified and certified to conduct the test

  • to know who will see the test results and how the test results are communicated

Test results for candidates who are not employed in Novozymes are deleted no later than one month after the end of the recruitment process.
