• Some information on how you think the job might appeal to you personally
• Whether you have done this sort of work before
• Whether you have previously been successful in this field of work
• What you would normally prefer your working relations with colleagues to be like, etc.
• You could also, in brief, mention some personal interests you might have in addition to your vocation

A cover letter should set you apart from other candidates by giving our people a reason to want to see you - not only because of your vocational skills, but due to your personal characteristics as well.
