Cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing is a must in our endeavours to act flexibly in a changing world. Through cross-functional projects we facilitate development of our employees, sharing of knowledge and exchange of better practices.

In general our employees are highly educated people who are very ambitious about what they do. What makes them go to work is exciting tasks and a good social environment.
