Extra holidays
- All employees have 24 December and 31 December off. Moreover, we grant two days off if you are getting married or have a Silver Wedding anniversary, a day off if you are moving and paid time off for certain exams.
Leave for new parents
- A total of 36 weeks off with full pay for the mother and/or up to 25 weeks for the father is allowed as a combination of maternity and child-care leave. If both parents are employed by Novozymes, they can share up to 53 weeks with full pay.
