At Novozymes we recognize that starting a new job requires a thorough introduction period where you will have the opportunity to get to know your new work place and your future colleagues.
In order to give you a good start at Novozymes we take our new, permament employees through a three months' introduction process.
Introduction activities
When you start your new job, you will receive an introduction plan where we have scheduled meetings with your manager and relevant colleagues. Furthermore, within the first phase of employment, all new employees will attend an orientation course about Novozymes' culture, business and organisation.
To help you gain further insight into the organisation on your own, you will also be granted access to a special "New Employee Website" where we have gathered relevant information about our company, its culture, our products, customers, systems etc.
At the end of the introduction period, we would like to know your opinion about our introduction process and activities. Therefore, we send out a web based survey and use the input for ongoing development of the introduction process.
