Lipopan F is the most cost-effective dough strengthener, especially for:

  • French-style bread
  • Turkish-style bread
  • Overnight fermented bread

At a much lower cost than baking emulsifiers, Lipopan F provides good dough stability, bread volume and quality. The more Lipopan F is used in a bread improver instead of emulsifier, the greater the cost saving.
