Ovozyme is used in automatic dishwash detergents (ADD) for powder and tablet, where it performs well even in the presence of egg-containing soils. Eggs contain inhibitors that reduce the performance of most proteases. Ovozyme, however, is not inhibited by egg inhibitors. Ovozyme is available in selected countries only.
