Novozymes' Sustainability Development Strategy Group (SDSG) is comprised of vice presidents from across lines of business and geographical entities. The strategy group sets overall direction on environmental and social responsibility and puts our
vision into practice by devising corporate sustainability development strategy and by monitoring its implementation.
Sustainability Development Center
The corporate Sustainability Development Center (SDC) supports SDSG and assists lines of business and geographical entities in further integrating sustainability development into their operations. SDC is comprised of specialists in the fields of social responsibility, human rights, the environment and ethics.
Lines of business and geographical entities
Our lines of business and geographical entities
are responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of Novozymes' sustainability development initiatives within their operations. The largest geographical entities devise
local strategies for social responsibility.
BoardSustainability development is also a fixed agenda item at board meetings twice a year.
