Novozymes is included in:
- the Dow Jones Sustainability World Indexes (DJSI World) consisting of more than 300 companies from 34 countries; and
- the pan-european Dow Jones STOXX Sustainability Indexes (DJSI STOXX) including more than 170 companies from 13 countries.
In both indexes, Novozymes is ranked as number one in its field: biotechnology and health care.

FTSE4Good Index Series
Novozymes is included in the FTSE4Good Global and Europe indexes. The FTSE4Good Index Series has been designed to measure the performance of companies that meet globally recognised corporate responsibility standards and to facilitate investment in those companies. All members meet the FTSE4Good selection criteria regarding environmental sustainability, relationships with stakeholders and human rights.

Nordic Sustainability Index
Based on the largest screening of Nordic companies with regard to social, environmental and corporate governance performance, Novozymes has been selected as one of 40 companies included in the Nordic Sustainability Index. The selection is based on assessments of 300 selected Nordic companies.
Sustainable Business.com
Novozymes has been included in the Sustainable Business.com list of the World's Top 20 Sustainable Stocks. The list was published in the newsletter The Progressive Investor based on an analysis made by five investment advisors, specialising in investments in socially and environmentally responsible companies. It includes two overlapping categories of companies: those whose products are an important part of the transition to a more sustainable society, and those whose involvement in sustainable development is an important part of their business. Novozymes qualifies for both categories.
