Distribution of Novozymes' value added (DKK million)
The total revenue is mainly based on income from sales, while financial income and other incomes are minor. Novozymes purchases goods and services. By subtracting the value of these goods and services from the total revenue, gross value added or the net output from Novozymes’ business is shown. This output – the gross value added – is distributed to different stakeholders. Wages for employees, interests for shareholders, taxes for society, etc. This distribution of gross value added includes key figures on Novozymes economic impact on society.
