All concerns raised will be thoroughly investigated by specialist personnel in accordance with our internal procedures. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken on the basis of the conclusions reached.
People & Organization (HR) is consulted in all investigations where an employee is potentially subject to disciplinary actions.
Novozymes has increased its internal awareness of fraud, including corruption and intellectual-property infringement. Executive Leadership, the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee receive reporting on all fraud investigations on a quarterly basis.
