All concerns raised will be thoroughly investigated, and relevant preventive, disciplinary, or other measures will be carefully considered and imposed.
Novozymes' department for People & Organization, Labor Relations & Legal (DK)/local People & Organization department will be consulted in all cases where a Novozymes employee is potentially subject to disciplinary or other sanctions.
In the Novozymes Report 2009 Novozymes reported on a number of business integrity and fraud cases. In 2010 the reporting of business integrity-related issues will be expanded. The increased focus on reporting is a signal to our stakeholders, both internal and external, that Novozymes considers it extremely important to demonstrate responsible business behavior as well as openness and honesty about our actions.
