Production processes

Before the production of an enzyme is carried out commercially, research on the production processes has to be conducted.

How to optimize fermentation, how to recover the enzyme from the fermentation broth, and how to formulate the final product are all research subjects for the Novozymes R&D department. Only by looking into these processes can Novozymes end up with the most stable and efficiently produced products.
