Election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Novozymes A/S

The employees of Novozymes A/S have conducted the election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Novozymes A/S.

1. February 2013

The following members were elected for the next four years:

· Lars Bo Køppler, Technician

· Lena Bech Holskov, Safety Adviser

· Anders Hentze Knudsen, Senior Operator

As alternates to the employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Novozymes A/S, the employees elected Anne Breum, Niels Banke and Niels Mortensen.

The new employee representatives will join the Board of Directors following the annual general meeting of Novozymes A/S, February 28, 2013. At the same event, the former employee representatives, Ulla Morin and Søren Henrik Jepsen will withdraw from the Board of Directors.
