InvestorPortal FAQ

Here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions concerning Novozymes' InvestorPortal.

I am not a registered shareholder, can I sign up?
Sorry, but no. Only registered shareholders can register e-mail addresses and exercise their shareholder rights such as attending and voting at the general meetings. If you are not a registered shareholder, we encourage you to register your shares by contacting your depository bank.

My shares are held through a depository bank, how do I register my shares?
Access to the InvestorPortal requires the shares to be registered in the shareholder's name. If you wish to register ownership of your shares, you may do so by asking your depository bank to effect such a registration. If the shares are held through a depository bank, individual accounts may need to be established.

I am concerned about security – to whom am I giving my e-mail address?
Novozymes has chosen the InvestorPortal service from VP Securities. VP Securities is a trustworthy service provider to the financial industries and companies. VP Securities was formerly known as Værdipapircentralen.

I have already signed up to VP Services’ investor portal with another company, where I am a shareholder – can’t you just use that e-mail address?
Unfortunately not. We need to ask for your permission exclusively for Novozymes. You also need to tell us how often you want information from us. However, please use the same NemID, net-ID or VP-user account to access the InvestorPortal – whatever the company.

By signing up, will I start receiving daily mails from Novozymes with news that is of no interest to me?
No. You decide exactly how much information you want. At the most, you will receive a quarterly mail announcing our results, mails convening the general meetings, and mails of an extraordinary nature concerning important issues. If you are interested in more frequent news, please sign up for news about Novozymes

I am a new shareholder. What are my options with regard to receiving information from Novozymes?
As a new investor, you can choose to receive, by e-mail, i) Notice of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, and/or ii) a newsletter when The Novozymes Report is published following the annual closure, and/or iii) a quarterly newsletter when Novozymes reports its financial figures, and notification of extraordinary events.

How do I get started the first time I log on?
The InvestorPortal gives you three logon options, using your net-ID, NemID, or VP-user name. Before you can create a VP-user, you need to order a one-off code to create a VP-user, which will be sent to you by ordinary mail within three working days. Log on to the InvestorPortal again using the one-off code, change it to the access code (VP code), and create the VP-user you wish to use in the future.

I don’t have a NemID, net-ID, or VP-user account. How do I get one?
Fora NemID, please visit: https://www.nemid.nu/ Note that only Danish citizens can get a NemID. For a VP-user, please go to Novozymes’ InvestorPortal and apply. Net-IDs are no longer available.
