Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources department – Franklinton, NC
The Sr. HR Generalist will act as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for employee relation issues and concerns. You will coach and advise people managers on progressive discipline, performance management, conflict resolution, and employment risk matters ensuring a consistent and aligned approach when managing employee relations across the business. Also as part of this role, you will develop, conduct and evaluate global training and development programs.

In this position you need to have:
  • Must have working knowledge of employee/labor relations, coaching & counseling employees, conducting internal investigations, and federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Proven experience in developing training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Management or related field with at least 5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience, specifically 5 years of experience with employee relations and employee training.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%, including to our sites in Virginia and Wisconsin
