With 10 years of experience in the oils and fats industry, Wai Seng is focused on retrofitting enzymatic technology for both upstream and downstream applications to help you gain more with biology. Prior to his current role, he was leading a group of scientists for five years at Loders Croklaan to produce OPO and SOS fat structures.
