Join us as our new Research associate to explore the application of some of the smallest components on earth - enzymes and microorganisms for industrial products and processes to make them faster, more efficient and more sustainable.
Welcome to Applied Research in Household Care where we develop transformative innovations and differentiated solutions to address consumer pains in homecare and industry cleaning, such as laundry, dish, hard surface cleaning, medical cleaning and professional cleaning via global collaboration across the Novozymes organization and external partners from academic and industrial societies.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
•Being part of a global business unit and working closely with scientists, technical lead and marketing to develop and deliver solutions to the growing business segment
•Working in the cross regional and cross functional project team in a highly efficient and dynamic way of working; communicating actively with the stakeholders in the project team
•Taking ownership of assigned activities to achieve high quality results and consistently behaviour as a collaborative team player
•Co-designing the experiments with scientists and conducting the experiments independently with a good experimental skills. Evaluate and summarize results within the context of project goals, in the form of internal reports and presentations
To succeed you must hold:
•Hold an M.Sc. in Biochemistry, chemical engineering, food science or related field
•Be a team player with a desire to create and deliver in global and cross functional teams
•Innovative thinking and a good activator
•Good communication skills
•Good written and verbal communication in English
