Join us as our new B2B Brand Manager for Novozymes OneHealth
The Brand Manager will manage a high growth potential portfolio of brands, selling into B2B channel for consumer health (ingredients or white label supplements based on probiotics and enzymes). The role will see you having total ownership of the portfolio of brands from leading existing product development (EPD) based on consumer insights, partnering with R+D teams through to end to end campaign strategy development and execution. You'll be generating new leads for the business via digital campaigns (performance marketing), as well as managing offline communication such as trade marketing, collateral / point of sales development and sponsorship and event management in conjunction with the regions.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a hands-on and varied entrepreneurial role where you can manage many balls in the air. You will be commercially minded, digitally savvy and consumer insight led in your approach with well-developed organizational skills with solid attention to detail, project management and budget management. You won't be afraid of challenging the status quo and you'll bring new ways of thinking to the team. The business offers great development prospects, as well as potential mentor opportunities in the future as the team continues to grow

To succeed you must have:

  • +10 years of experience within B2B marketing in consumer health
  • Prior experience portfolio where you have owned end to end product development, campaign management and growth marketing
  • Experience within a B2B account based global marketing role with a focus on generating new leads via digital campaigns and analytics
  • Experience with managing existing product development (EPD) via stage gate, leveraging global trends and consumer insights
  • End to end campaign management experience including social and digital campaign management
  • Prior budget management and global business case experience
