Join us as our new Account Manager in Consumer Biosolutions
To be successful in this role, you should be highly innovative, with the ability to think outside the box to solve commercial problems. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of how technologies and process improvements will impact the success of both Novozymes and our customers.
You’ll join forces to think about future trends and ideas, and work to make them a reality today. You can expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% to visit customers and collaborate with cross functional teams.

Welcome to Commercial team
We are seeking energetic, results oriented, collaborative colleague to join regional Sales team. In this role you will be responsible for a range of customers along Andean region, you will engage with them as an Account Manager and implement Novozymes industry and marketing strategies. Together with our Technical Service team you will co-create and co-execute account plans and expand Novozymes Market Share.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing functions as well in Baking and or food related industry is required
  • University Degree (technical areas or sales/marketing) or equivalent 3rd level qualification + Master Degree or Post-graduation in marketing (or correlated areas)
  • Read, write and speak English fluently and Spanish
  • Superior communication skills, proactive, business mindset and customer-oriented behavior are skills highly required
  • You should be great at building trust and rapport at all levels of a customer organization
