Scientist/Senior Scientist – Data Analytics

Novozymes is seeking a Scientist to manage trial design and review and reporting of results for animal studies and laboratory assays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics as well as a working knowledge of microbiology and/or animal health. This position will require minimal laboratory work and instead focus on data flow and integration with future project planning.

In this position, you will need to have:

  • MSc or PhD in engineering, animal health, microbiology, statistics, or related field
  • Knowledge of microbiology or animal health is highly desired
  • Solid understanding of statistical software such as SAS, R, PYTHON etc. a must
  • Proficiency with data visualization software such as Tableau or JMP desired
  • Ability to communicate statistical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within North America as well as international travel (15%) with periodic trips to Copenhagen, Denmark required
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship currently or in the future.
