Research Scientist, Household Care Application Research, Bagsvaerd, DK
For our Household Care Application Research in Bagsvaerd, Denmark we are seeking a Research Scientist with a passion for enzymes and a desire to explore their use in household detergents. Household Care Application Research is an Enzyme Discovery area within the Household Care Division. In Applied Research, we are responsible for developing enzymes for tomorrow’s detergents. This includes characterization of enzymes and wash systems, down scaling of wash assays and general evaluation of new enzymes - all with a global perspective and in close interaction with our customers and other parts of the organization.

In this position you need to have:

  • A MSc or Phd. In Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar.
  • Experience in working in an R&D environment
  • An interest in how enzymes work in the real world and seeing your technology turning into real consumer products.
  • Experience with enzyme application, other application field, assay development or textile finishing will be an advantage
  • A strong drive and a wish to work in the laboratory.
  • Outgoing personality, just do it attitude and excellent presentation skills
