Process Engineer II, Production, Milwaukee, WI
The Process Engineer II will be expected to lead complex technical projects utilizing diverse, cross-functional teams to complete these efforts. These projects will include technology transfers into manufacturing, new technology introductions, process optimization and leading major engineering projects. The Process Engineer II will be part of a global cross-functional team where critical thinking, open-mindedness and hands-on experience will be greatly appreciated.

The ideal candidate is a proven process development and optimization professional who is energized by fast-paced, high profile projects and possesses both hands-on skills and process development capabilities.

In this position, you need to:
•Have a BS in either biological or chemical science or engineering or equivalent technical discipline (advanced degree preferred), plus at least 5+ years of experience in the job offered, plus demonstrated experience in: fermentation processes, AutoCAD and in project management.
•Travel up to 30% (global/international; valid passport required). Travel will be primarily to Canada, Brazil and Argentina and will include “on the ground” project management.
