Regional Business Manager, Household Care, Bangalore/Delhi
If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a B2B sales role with a strong desire to create a direct impact at end consumers, look no further. This role involves working with existing and prospective customers in Household care in creating a strong value proposition and help them differentiate themselves in the market. If you are ready to take the challenge in challenging your customers to bring their best out to market, this is the position for you. The role requires you to create structured presentations and insights through analysis of data – and offer specific direction to our customers/ distributors. Experience the world of B2C in a B2B role.

Using trends from markets across the world and the super cool Novozymes products, you, will work with customers in bringing great new products to market. The position gives you access to our exhaustive market insights, working with colleagues across the world, and a chance to experience the passion of selling products that make the world a better place to live.

The role requires you to travel within India for around 50% of your time. The position is based out of Bangalore or Delhi, reporting to the Head of household care, India.

In this position, you need:
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in business or science/ engineering, preferably with an MBA
  • Strong sales and/or Marketing experience (> 4 - 5 years) coming from a B2B environment, preferably from home care industry
  • Strong drive, responsible, goal-oriented, well organized and self-motivated, being able to develop regions independently
  • Structured presentation and analytical skills – and use insights to drive business decisions. Demonstrated computer proficiency including MS Office.
  • Ability to engage and build strong relationship with key stakeholders including R&D, supply chain and marketing teams at key customers.
  • Ability to develop customers through analyzing, planning and efficiency
  • Fluency in English (written/spoken). Fluency in Hindi will be an advantage.
