International Commercial Graduate, Household Care, Bagsværd
Novozymes’ International Commercial Graduate Program gives you a unique opportunity to kickstart your career with a solid commercial understanding in our successful household care industry. Over a two-year period, we offer you experiences within 3-4 areas of Novozymes Household Care division. You will be exposed to both sales and marketing in a regional and global setting.

The International Commercial Graduate program aim to build a broad commercial skillset, you can gain hands-on experience on the development of value propositions, generating consumer insights, to supporting the negotiates with our customers. It will help you to develop a strong network within our global organization. The program has a 100% focus on the commercial aspects of business and will enable you to pursue a career in sales, marketing or business development.

Examples of projects you could get involved in:
  • Study consumer behavior and turn it into valuable insights that will help our customers to gain a competitive edge
  • Develop the storyline, insights and the sales pitch to a high-level partner meeting
  • Project support to leverage digital marketing to create value to our customers
International & tailored for you
You will initially be located at our headquarters in Bagsværd but during the program you will also get to spend one rotation abroad in our regional sales organizations in either US, Brazil, Turkey, India, China or Kuala Lumpur.

A key characteristic of the program is flexibility: We will tailor-make the program to match your abilities and background, but as you progress we may change the program based on your development, your curiosity and the need of the organization. Flexibility is important to optimize the output you get from the program, unfold your potential to bring you in the best position for your future career.

Expected starting date is end of 2019.

In this position you need to:
  • Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject within sales, marketing, innovation or consumer behavior
  • e.g. Customer and Commercial Development, Innovation Management, International Marketing, Business-to-Business Marketing, Business Administration and Psychology or Bioentrepreneurship.
  • Be freshly graduated or have 1-2 years of work experience
  • Have excellent academic achievements, have studied or lived abroad, and have had relevant student jobs or extracurricular activities
  • Be fluent in English at a professional level, preferably also a second major European language (Danish is not a requirement)
  • Have a strong interest in the commercial aspects of business, either sales, marketing or business development
  • Be a strong communicator and team player that positively contribute to our team
  • Be proactive in your pursuit to create value for Novozymes and our partners
  • Have a desire for an accelerated learning curve
