Specialist CSR INDIA
We are seeking specialist for CSR for Novozymes India SCO . This position is based in Novozymes in Mumbai, with strong cross-functional collaboration Thorough knowledge of Customs and Border Protection rules.

Cater to the daily email queries/ telephonic calls of sales department and the customers related to sales orders
Responsible for sales order fulfilment, shipping coordination, data maintenance in SAP/CRM, and ensuring on time delivery to cus-tomers Support customer complaints handling, goods return and other queries from customers
Maintenance of master data in SAP/CRM/Novozymes Market Follow QMS procedures and SOPs for daily operation, problem solving abilities, sound knowledge of the field, and excellent collaborative skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess challenging the status quo and thinking out of the box mindset, towards developing innovative solutions in SCO.

Tasks and responsibilities



  • Cater to the daily email queries/ telephonic calls of sales depart-ment and the customers related to sales orders
  • Responsible for sales order fulfilment, shipping coordination, data maintenance in SAP/CRM, and ensuring on time delivery to customers
  • Supporting customers, sales and collaborating with cross functional and international teams on projects.
  • Handling Pre and post shipment documentation
  • Post goods issue base on returned signed delivery notes
  • Timely issue customer invoice base on SAP billing
  • Support customer complaints handling, goods return and other queries from customers
  • Maintenance of master data in SAP/CRM/Novozymes Market
  • Follow QMS procedures and SOPs for daily operation.
  • Responsible for developing and running various reports and per-form data analysis.
  • Responsible to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into tangible requirements and process documents.
  • Specific Tasks that might require to support the department and the Line of Business.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Handling a customer service function.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 SD, WMS, CRM, MS office (Excel, Word and Power point).
  • Candidate should have strong communication skills, be a team player, and be comfortable multitasking
  • Self-starter with ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Ability to solve problem with LEAN concept.
  • Good written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
