Purpose of processing

For the purpose of the customer satisfaction measurement (the “Purpose”), Rambøll Consulting A/S, Hannemanns Allé 53, DK-2300 Copenhagen S (Rambøll) will on behalf of Novozymes collect and process personal data about you.

Type of data

In order for Rambøll to setup the questionnaire and the reporting, Novozymes has shared the following personal data with the external company Rambøll:
a) Name
b) Email
c) Country
d) Company
e) Jobtitle 

Confidentiality

All data will be treated as confidential information and will be used for the Purpose.

Storage and access

Your personal data will be stored by Novozymes and its third-party hosting provider in Denmark and may be accessed by Novozymes group entities worldwide on a need to know basis. Rambøll will also store and access your personal data in Denmark. Furthermore, answers and reports will be stored at Rambøll.

Transfer of personal data

Please be informed that the level of data protection as currently applied and enforced in countries outside the European Union does not conform to the level of data protection for personal data currently applied and enforced within the European Union. The transfer of data between Novozymes group entities will be based on the legitimate interest of running our daily business and being able to provide our services. Where we transfer your personal data to another country outside the EU/EEA, we will ensure that it is protected and transferred in a manner consistent with legal requirements and such transfer shall be based on a legal basis recognized by the relevant authorities or courts as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. We have internal policies in place to ensure an adequate level of protection irrespective of where in Novozymes your data is located.

Retention period

Novozymes and Rambøll will keep your personal data for 5 years unless required under applicable law to keep your personal data for a longer period.

Rights of the data subject

You can obtain further information on the personal data which Novozymes as data controller stores and processes about you by contacting legal@novozymes.com or visit Novozymes general privacy policy on www.novozymes.com/en/privacy. Further, you may object to your personal data being processed or request that your personal data is rectified. If you wish to object to your personal data being processed or have your data rectified, please contact legal@novozymes.com with this message. 

Further, if you have any complaints about Novozymes processing of your personal data, you may contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Legal basis for processing

Novozymes will be processing your personal data based on Novozymes legitimate interest to manage its daily operations according to lawful and fair business practices including planning, performing and managing the (contractual) relationship with customers and improving customer engagement and it is the assessment of Novozymes that this legitimate interest of Novozymes to process your personal data is not overridden by your interest in Novozymes processing the data.
