We actively engage with our stakeholders and work to integrate their ideas and concerns into strategic decision making. Our stakeholders are institutions and individuals in the private and public sectors, as well as in society at large, who influence Novozymes' business and vice versa. Examples of our stakeholders are customers, suppliers, employees, civil society and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Novozymes is a member of various sustainability institutions supporting our commitments, where we exchange ideas, share experience and learn about fellow memebers' priorities and approaches to sustainability. Read more about our engagement in the UNGC COP reports.
