Blaze® Evity® 250 T for automatic dishwash effectively removes protein soils even in shorter and cooler cycles and high-soil washes. Its high performance level makes it especially suited for compact detergents. Its low carbon footprint and eligibility for many eco labels make Blaze® Evity® 250 T the preferred choice for all formulators.

Benefits

Proteases target protein. Many stubborn food soils contain protein, including egg yolk, minced meat, crème brûlée and milk.  Proteases break down the protein in these stains, making them easier to lift away from tableware and cookware. That’s why proteases are crucial to the performance consumers demand from their automatic dishwasher detergent. 

Blaze® Evity® 250 T is designed to be highly effective on tableware and cookware with a high level of protein soiling, even at eco-mode settings and in shorter and cooler cycles. It’s especially suited to key European soils such as crème brûlée, and tough enough to withstand exposure to high temperatures, humidity and bleach.

Details

This product contains enzymes. While enzymes are safe to use in consumer applications, they need correct handling in working environments to ensure workers’ safety.

Indeed, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.

Most food soils are multi-layered, with each element in the food forming a layer. That means an enzyme’s access to its target element can be ‘blocked’. By clearing paths through the soil’s layers for one another, the enzymes in this product boost one another’s impact. The result is high performance on even the toughest food soils.

Multi-enzyme

Enzymes are proteins and proteases break down proteins in a reaction that needs water. That means that in storage, proteases in liquid laundry detergents can break down other enzymes that have been added to the detergent. The result is reduced performance. This product’s proprietary protease inhibitor technology prevents this breakdown, so all the enzymes in your detergents can perform fully in the wash.
